Normally the management only hears from customers when they have a complaint. Myself, I prefer to just take my business elsewhere and advise my friends and relatives likewise.

I would rather notify the management, such as on this occasion, when I receive good or excellent service. That way, they know about it and may possibly recognize that employee.

I was served by Ryan, who was very patient with a 1st time customer such as myself. He was also very knowledgeable and accommodating with his recommendations of menu selections. He was always there to see if I needed anything, and my coffee cup never had a chance to even get half empty.

You guys outdid yourselves in quality, quantity, and variety. We were actually going to go to Crown Plaza, but chose here to go instead. Best Brunch Ever! Good job, good food, and great service, as usual.

On Behalf of everyone who attended our Blue Army Pilgrimage to Springfield, I want to thank you for the outstanding job you did in hosting us at your wonderful restaurant. The food was excellent as well as the service. When I saw so many people going back for second helpings, I knew you were a hit. Thank you also for the personal touch on the placemats. That was very thoughtful. If we ever make a return visit to Springfield, which I think we will do, you can be sure we'll be back to your restaurant.

I was with the Blue Army group for the luncheon last Tuesday and wish to express my gratitude for the wonderful spread you had for us. We were all exceptionally pleased with the food and the service. That was the first time I was in Springfield in years, but when I return, I know where to stop to eat.

I have been many times over the last few years, with groups for meetings and also dinner with friends and even the Easter Buffet. The food has always been great (the fried chicken is my favorite in town), the service has always been friendly and polite. We recommend it to friends all the time

I want you to know we had a wonderful time! The food was great, we felt very comfortable, and the prices were
quite reasonable. But the waiter, Davey, was awesome! He was kind, very efficient, and took the time to make
us feel welcome! Hang on to him! He was a terrific example of what a good waiter should be!

Amber Jack Alehouse was the location for 30 hearty, hungry Ski Clubbers Feb 5th. Most of us enjoyed the Rib Special Dinner licking our fingers and enjoying the wonderful mess that ribs seem to create...all over us. Even using the swipes, I was still sticky. We thank Ed and Kitty for a great evening and good food.

Great job as always. I've never had bad food or service whenever I've been to the Alehouse.

The staff always takes great care of the customers. Amanda and I are spoiled when we come in and it makes the bar seemingly too high if we go to other sit-down places. Thanks for reading and have a great day.

My family and I go to Amber Jacks all the time, especially after church on Saturday nights. We love it. The food is absolutely delicious, the ribs are the best I have ever tasted. The grandkids go with us sometimes and would rather go there than anywhere else. We even went there on Christmas Eve last year, before 3:30 church service and everyone was great. The service is wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I just wanted to thank you for all you did for us on Sunday for my Mother’s birthday party. You and Ed and your staff were wonderful and made the day very special. The food was excellent—as I knew it would be. Having the party there at Amber Jack Alehouse was the perfect choice!

I am a frequent visitor of Amberjack Alehouse and will never stop going there. The owners are wonderful people who are always around and available to talk with. They take suggestions and comments very seriously. Great food, great atmosphere!

This was my family and mines first visit to Amberjacks, and we really enjoyed it. Our waiter was awesome and he came and checked on us frequently. The food was great. We really liked that the tables weren't so "crowded" in like you find in other restaurants. If you wanted to get up, you didn't have to worry about bumping into the person behind you. I would definitely eat here again!
